• Currency: USD (or local equivalent where applicable)
• Billing: Upfront payment required before service delivery

Failed Payments

• Grace Period: 7 days for payment resolution
• Service Suspension: After 7 days of failed payment
• Reinstatement: Immediate upon successful payment + applicable late fees

Your Responsibilities

• Feedback: Provide clear feedback for optimization

Our Responsibilities

• Quality Delivery: Services delivered according to specifications
• Support Access: Reasonable support during business hours
• Expertise Application: Apply our methodology to your specific situation

Intellectual Property

Our IP Rights

• Methodology: AI Brain Cloning process and frameworks remain our property
• Training Materials: All guides, templates, and systems are licensed to you
• Trademarks: "System That Sells," "AI Brain Cloner" and related marks are ours

Your IP Rights

• Your Content: Business information, brand assets remain your property
• Generated Content: AI-created content becomes your property for use
• License Grant: You grant us license to use your information for service delivery

Usage Restrictions

• No Resale: Cannot resell, redistribute, or teach our methodology
• No Reverse Engineering: Cannot attempt to replicate our systems
• Attribution: Must credit us when sharing our frameworks publicly

• Revenue Guarantee: $5,000+ monthly increase within 120 days or continued service
• Time Freedom Guarantee: 4+ hours daily savings within 90 days
• Authority Guarantee: Measurable improvement within 60 days

Guarantee Conditions

• Full Participation: Complete all required steps and implementations
• Timely Communication: Respond to our requests within 48 hours
• Good Faith: Genuinely attempt to implement recommendations
• Documentation: Provide evidence of implementation efforts

Guarantee Limitations

• No Cash Refunds: Extended service time, not money back
• Client Compliance: Guarantees void if client doesn't fulfill responsibilities
• External Factors: Market conditions, platform changes, force majeure excluded

Limitation of Liability
